Are your hijabs “easy to shape”? Yes! Most of our collections, especially our voile and chiffon ranges, are designed with a specific thread count that ensures your awning stays on-point with minimal effort.
2. Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Currently we are using toyyibpay and we accept online banking (FPX).
3. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive? For Peninsular Malaysia, it usually takes 2-4 business days. For Sabah/Sarawak, please allow 5-7 business days.
Can I track my parcel? Definitely. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use on our courier partner’s website (J&T Express).
4. Products & Care
How should I wash my Anjewls hijab? To maintain the quality of the fabric, we recommend hand washing with mild detergent. If using a machine, please use a laundry net and a gentle cycle.
The color in the photo looks slightly different. Why? We try our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and studio lighting.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I change my mind? We accept returns within 5 days of receipt for items in original, unworn condition. For a detailed step-by-step guide, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
