Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want every sister to feel confident in Anjewls. If something isn’t right, let us make it better!

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Free from any scents, perfume, or makeup stains (especially foundation/lipstick marks).
  • Complete with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Items returned after the 5-day period.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was defective.
